About Us

 

Welcome to our site!  We are Leap of Faith, a contemporary christian band from Iowa City, IA. Nearly a year ago, we had a spark in our hearts to start a ministry. Having many thoughts and prayers, we decided on aiming our ministry towards growth in faith life. Especially the growth in faith life for high school aged students. Being that we are only college students ourselves, we feel our message has the potential to reach high school students on a more personal level. It's from our experiences entering college that we realized the unmistakable gap and sometimes void that is created in many students' lives. That gap being the loss of faith life.

During our ministry program, we play a variety of well-known

praise and worship songs, as well as original songs. We also incorporate witness/testimonial presentations during the program from each band member. For five to ten minutes, each member goes out on a limb as they give witness to their faith life experiences. This is all in hopes to touch but one life.

 

We are always happy to bring our

music and ministry to where ever we are invited!
